As suggested during the last MUREL meetings there will be produced a publication in 2009/10 with the title:

SchallErzeuger / SoundGenerators - Feldforschung zwischen Materialität und Virtualität / FieldResearch between Materiality and Virtuality

The topics of the articles until now are:

- Ratschen - eine christliche Tradition?

- Ndingidi - a Distant FieldResearch Project on a Tube Fiddle in Uganda

- The Rebana Landun - A Rare Musical Instrument in Sri Lanka and its Transfer to a Virtual Environment

- Cyber-Gamelan: Gamelan Experiences Online

- Klangschalen: Signifikate und Signifikanten in der materiellen und in der virtuellen Welt

- Zwischen Vitrine und Virtualität - Musikinstrumente in der Museums-Restaurierung

Everyone of the members, who would like to add a topic or who could contribute an article is invited to participate.
